The athlete performs, turns to the TV/Phone/Pad and watches the skill. Nobody presses anything, nobody rewinds. BPG Delay films the gym and plays it back a few seconds later, full screen. The phone sits on a tripod and mirrors to the TV at the end of the track. The session carries on as usual.
