[Optimizations & Adjustments] 1. Fishing Tournament: Added Seaweed Guide, which will unlock automatically once the requirements are met. Increase your collection progress to earn a limited Chat Skin. Once the specified progress is met, a 10x option will be added to Power Cast, and the initial Fishing Kit will start at max level for better efficiency. Added Seasonal Missions that let you earn Fishing Points and claim valuable Island Decorations. Also added Claim All for rewards and improved Bait descriptions. 2. Governor Avatar: Now you can tap another Governor's avatar in their Governor Profile to view the high-resolution version. If you don't want other Governors to view your high-resolution avatar, go to "Settings - Governor Avatar" to change this setting. Note: You must upload your avatar again after the update to enable this feature. When uploading a custom avatar, a "Preview Avatar Frame" option will be added to the confirmation pop-up.
