Further updates have been done to the initial Asset Pack logic and added ray tracing support for M3+ iPads with 10Gb of memory. Users are now able to manually clear the downloaded content in case they have issues. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Control Ultimate Edition, Enable "Delete Asset Packs on Next Run" and then run the game. This will delete the downloaded game data and allow users to try to download it again.
