1 week ago- Greatly improved transposition: chords are spelled the way a musician would write them in the new key, following the key signature and the chords around them, so transposed charts are much easier to read - The improved spelling applies everywhere the app changes key: Transpose, Transposition for Wind Instruments, Practice Transposition, and Set and Transpose in the editor - The chord editor accepts Fb, E# and B# as chord roots and bass notes - The accompaniment holds a chord while only its bass note changes, so a bar like C-7 C-7/Bb, or a bass line written with the invisible chord root, plays as one chord over a moving bass, the way a rhythm section reads it - Type emojis in song titles, composer names and styles. Staff text and chords leave them out to keep the chart intact. - Search in Japanese: a title matches whether you type hiragana or katakana, full-width or half-width characters, and with or without the ・ between the words - Search in Korean: type only the initial consonants (ㅅㄹ finds 사랑), and a title stays in the results while you are still finishing a syllable - Search in Chinese: type pinyin, in full or just the initials (yueliang or yl finds 月亮), and Traditional and Simplified titles find each other - Search ignores curly apostrophes, so a title saved as L’été is found by typing l'ete - Songs you open move to the top of Last Viewed, including songs you open from Last Viewed itself. Songs you swipe past stay where they are. - Improved audio export times
